The regional number
Shown on the property page, the one you type.
If you sell nights on your own site in Spain, the page should show what your platform listings are asked to show, and a bit more. This is a practical read after Supreme Court judgment 620/2026. It is not legal advice.

These notes do not replace a lawyer or a gestorĂa. The rules change by region and sometimes by town.
MyStay shows the number you type. It does not file it and it does not check that it is valid.
Each autonomous community keeps its own register of tourist dwellings.
In Andalusia, for example, the code looks like VUT/MA/xxxxx. In the Valencian Community the number comes from the tourism register.
Regional rules commonly ask for that number on every advert for the property. Your website is an advert too. Read your region's rules before you publish. If your town has a moratorium or local limits, as has been discussed in cities such as Málaga and Alicante, check your planning position with whoever handles your registration. This page does not say whether your property is affected.
Royal Decree 1312/2024 created a single registration procedure for lets and a number for listings on platforms.
On 19 May 2026 the Supreme Court (judgment 620/2026, BOE-A-2026-12300) partly upheld the Valencian Government's appeal. It annulled the single-registration procedure and the duty to register there in order to obtain the listing number.
The digital single window and the duty of platforms to pass on data remain. Regional duties remain too. More detail is at mystay.direct/numero-de-registro-unico.
Reporting guest details to the Interior Ministry depends on hosting someone, not on which channel they booked through. A guest who arrives from your website still counts.
That is covered at mystay.direct/ses-hospedajes-guest-registration-spain. MyStay does not file that report for you.
Who you are: a legal notice with your details as the person running the activity.
A clear price: the total with tax and compulsory charges, such as cleaning, and the cancellation terms.
Privacy: a privacy notice if you collect guest details. House rules and a maximum occupancy that match what your licence allows.
You type a licence or registration number once and it appears on your page. MyStay does not send it to an authority and does not check it.
The page includes your calendar, your house rules and your payment terms.
Guests pay you directly by card, cash or bank transfer. Card checkout uses your own Stripe account: the full amount or a deposit, and a separate security deposit if you want one. Cash and bank transfer stay pending until you confirm you received the money.
Check it with your gestorĂa. This is a starting list, not a ruling.
