Guests pay you directly by card, cash or bank transfer. Card checkout uses your own Stripe account. A successful payment confirms the stay. It does not settle into a MyStay account.

Cash is collected by you. A bank transfer goes to the account, link, or QR you publish. You can take the full stay or a deposit percentage. A security deposit is a separate amount, at booking or on arrival.

The MyStay subscription is not paid by the guest. Paddle collects that card when you publish. The software fee and the guest's money are different payments.

In payment settings, add your Stripe keys for card. For cash and bank transfer, switch on manual payment and enter the account, a payment link, a QR, or written instructions. Without those details, guests are not offered the method.

The guest picks among the methods you turned on. If only one is ready, that is the one they see. The booking card names card, cash, and bank transfer only when you have enabled them.

Cash and bank transfer stay pending. The dates are held so nobody else takes them. When you see the money, you confirm. If it never arrives, you reject the booking and the dates open up. Nothing watches your bank account for you.

Card checkout uses your Stripe account. A successful payment confirms the stay without an extra click. Charge the full stay or a deposit percentage. The balance is due before check-in, on the number of days you set.

You can offer card, cash, and bank transfer together. With every method off, the page only takes an enquiry, including WhatsApp if you added a number. WhatsApp does not collect money.

The common miss is publishing bank details and not checking the account. A pending transfer is a blocked date and a guest waiting.

Say the amount, the reference, and that the booking is confirmed when you see the payment. Do not promise an instant confirmation if you check the bank in the evening. Cash is confirmed when you receive it.

You can split a deposit and the balance across card and bank transfer. You set the deposit percentage.
