MyStay is operated by OneTap Digital Ltd, company number 17459295. Our registered office is Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, United Kingdom, E173NU.

We store owner account details, listing content, and guest booking information needed to fulfil a stay (name, email, phone, dates, party size). We do not sell personal data.

Payment card data for the MyStay subscription is handled by Paddle. Calendar feed URLs are treated as secrets. You can email us to export or delete an owner account.

We use Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager when it is enabled, to count visits and steps such as starting a listing, opening a preview, and going live. We do not send listing URLs, property names, or email addresses to Google, and we do not sell this data.

Analytics tags load on mystay.direct only after you accept the cookie banner. Until then Google Analytics and Tag Manager stay off. Each property site has its own cookie notice and does not load those tags. Necessary cookies, such as language and sign-in, stay on. Checkout, trial start, cancellation, and payment setup are also measured on the server, without your email address or listing URL.

Paddle processes the subscription card payment. Resend sends email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the import form for bots. Vercel hosts the app and runs scheduled jobs such as calendar sync and reminder email. Firecrawl reads the public listing page you paste so we can draft the preview. Groq, and when configured OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, or Deepseek, draft listing text. When a listing has a location, the guest page embeds a Google Map of that place. Google receives the visitor's request for that map. If you connect Stripe, guest card payments go to your Stripe account and you are the controller for that payment data. If you sign in with Google, Google handles that login.

An unpublished preview is kept for 7 days and then deleted, including any email you saved on it. If you save a preview, we send one email to that address about 24 hours later when the draft is still unpublished. That message is about the saved draft and includes a link to stop further reminders. A checkout password is deleted when the checkout expires unused, and again after you are signed in. Guest reviews imported from a listing stay on the property until you untick them or delete the account. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in.
