Is MyStay really no commission?
Yes. There is no booking commission on stays made through your MyStay page. You pay the monthly subscription only.
Are payment processor fees included?
Card networks and processors may charge their own fees when you take card payments. That is separate from MyStay's subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel in the 7-day trial and you are not charged. After that, fees already billed for the current period are not refunded, as set out in the refund policy.
Can I still use commission-based platforms?
Yes. Many hosts keep them for acquisition and use MyStay when they already have the guest's attention.
