The first draft can be ready in under 60 seconds, and looking at it is free. You tidy the wording, add your licence number, and choose card, cash, or bank transfer before you publish.

£14.99 a month for 1 property per account, with no commission on stays. More properties are coming soon. Seeing the draft is free. You add a card, collected by Paddle, only when you want the site live. That starts a 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Yes. Guests can enquire from the page, including on WhatsApp if you add your number, with the dates they want already filled in.

You choose. Card checkout runs through your own Stripe account and confirms the stay when the payment succeeds. You can charge the full stay or a deposit percentage, and set a security deposit separately. Cash and bank transfer stay pending until you confirm the money arrived, or you reject the booking. With every method off, guests can only send an enquiry.

Yes. The number you enter is shown on the guest page. MyStay does not register the property with a tourism authority, and it does not check that the number is valid. Which number you need depends on your region.

Yes. You start on a free MyStay address, a clean link like villasol.mystay.direct that you can send to guests straight away. When you want, connect a domain you already own, such as harbourcottages.co.uk. We show you the DNS records to add at your registrar. The free MyStay address keeps working while your domain connects, and guests can book on either one.

Yes. Block dates once. iCal sync with the short-term rental platforms you already use keeps the calendars closer together, so you are much less likely to sell the same night twice.
