No. You keep Airbnb if you want it. Use iCal sync so blocked nights match across both.
Do guests still pay through Airbnb?
Not on your MyStay page. On your site, guests book you directly using the payment option you set.
What if my Airbnb listing is claimed by someone else on MyStay?
Each listing import is tied to a host account. If you see a claim notice, follow the on-screen steps or contact support.
Can I import Booking.com or Vrbo instead?
Yes. The same flow accepts those listing links, or a short written description if you have no listing yet.
