mystay.direct and Direct Booking Host
Both products are booking sites for independent hosts. This page uses Direct Booking Host’s published prices and MyStay’s published prices, and it does not say MyStay costs less.
What Direct Booking Host publishes
The homepage was read on 20 October 2026. Starter is $9 a month for 1 property and website. Growth is $29 a month for up to 5. Pro is $79 a month for up to 10. The page says every plan includes a 5-day trial and that no card is needed. It also says there is no booking fee.
That $9 monthly price is lower than MyStay’s published price of £14.99 a month, or £149.90 a year.
What MyStay publishes
The preview is free. A card, collected by Paddle, is added when you publish, and that starts a 14-day trial. MyStay does not take a percentage of the stay. A card payment uses the host’s own Stripe account, so any card fee is Stripe’s.
What is different
Direct Booking Host describes hourly calendar sync. MyStay can import an iCal feed and can export its own calendar as iCal. It does not sync prices or the listing text with Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo, and it is not a channel manager.
The MyStay site and the guest pages are in English, Spanish, and Czech. A host can turn on Bizum.
