An alternative to Smoobu
Smoobu is a channel manager with a booking site. MyStay is a booking site for one listing. The figures below are from Smoobu’s pricing page.
What Smoobu’s pricing page shows
The page was read on 20 October 2026 with one unit selected and the prices in euros. With the yearly toggle on, marked 10%, the plans shown were Professional Flex at €29 a month plus a 0.9% booking fee, Professional Prepaid at €35 a month or €31.50 a month on the yearly price with a 0% booking fee, and Teams Pro+ at €55 a month or €49.50 a month on the yearly price with a 0% booking fee.
The page says every subscription is billed in euros. Amounts in pounds or dollars on that page are estimates.
A question on the same page says a host can start with one unit from €28 a month, and that each extra unit costs from €9.60 a month. Those are the page’s own words, next to the plan prices above. The page offers a 14-day trial and says no card is needed. A question says that trial covers the Professional features.
What MyStay publishes
One listing is ÂŁ14.99 a month, or ÂŁ149.90 a year. The preview is free. A card, collected by Paddle, is added when you publish, and that starts a 14-day trial. MyStay does not take a percentage of the stay.
What is different
Smoobu’s questions say every plan can connect calendars with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other portals. That is a channel manager. MyStay is not one. MyStay can import an iCal feed and can export its own calendar as iCal. It does not sync prices or the listing text.
Professional Flex adds 0.9% on a booking. MyStay does not add a percentage. The guest site is in English, Spanish, and Czech, and a host can turn on Bizum.
