An alternative to Lodgify
Lodgify sells a channel manager and a website. MyStay sells a booking page for one listing. The prices below are the ones on Lodgify’s pricing page.
What Lodgify’s pricing page shows
The page was read on 20 October 2026 with the currency set to US dollars, the property count at 1, and the yearly toggle on. That toggle is marked “Save 20%”. The monthly equivalents shown were Basic at $14, Starter at $26, Professional at $47, and Ultimate at $68. Each plan is labelled “0% booking fee”.
Basic is described as available for 1 property or fewer. Starter, whose description says it launches your own website, is described as available for 2 properties or fewer. The page also has a monthly billing toggle. This article does not quote an undiscounted monthly price, because the four figures above were read with the yearly toggle on.
A question on the same page says Lodgify does not take a cut of the booking, and that a 1% transaction fee applies when a guest pays online through a gateway such as Stripe or PayPal. The gateway’s own fee is separate. Payments the host collects manually have no Lodgify transaction fee. The page says listed prices exclude tax. Lodgify also says a new account can try the product for 7 days with no card.
What MyStay publishes
One listing is ÂŁ14.99 a month, or ÂŁ149.90 a year. The preview is free. A card, collected by Paddle, is added when you publish, and that starts a 14-day trial. MyStay does not take a percentage of the stay. If a guest pays by card, the fee is the fee on your own Stripe account.
What is different
Lodgify’s plan comparison describes an API connection that syncs calendars, prices, and content with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. That is a channel manager. MyStay is not one. MyStay can import an iCal feed and can export its own calendar as iCal. It does not sync prices or the listing text with those platforms.
If you need that channel manager, Lodgify is built for it and MyStay is not a replacement. If you want a page where a guest books with you, MyStay is the smaller product: one listing, no commission on the stay, in English, Spanish, and Czech. A host can turn on Bizum.
